YOUR TEACHERS ARE CHEATERS

Your Teachers are Cheaters. Hence fuck off this fucked up education. We learn in many ways. How did we learn our mother tongue? Of-course through our mother and father's words, their tongue. How do we learn a foreign language? Now there are two ways, first same as we learn our first language and the second , bookish way, learning, tenses, verbs, nouns and grammar. How did you learn typing? The classic way, the way of typing schools? Which finger on which letter, defined way? Or typing haphazardly, any finger, whichever suited you on any letter and by and by, typing fine, not perfectly still very fine and very fast too. How do a singer learn? Reshma, Sai Zahoor and many other world class singers, either never learnt or learnt very little in a bookish way. So to where I wanna drive you? Simple, learn, learning is good, but don't rely upon bookish style only. Once I had some monetary exchanges with someone. The man was not much literate. I was explaining principal amount, then the days he kept my money with him, then the interest rate etc.... in my way, bookish way. All Greek to him. My father was also sitting there. He addressed me somewhat rebukingly, his words," 2+2=4, 1+3=4,5-1=4, explain the other in the way in which he can understand, not the way you understand." Here is the point. One should learn and one should teach. But how? As the learner wants to get taught. As the learner can learn. As the learner's inherent qualities, capabilities get enhanced. If Reshma had been taught music in style of Lata Mangeshkar, what would have happened? A disaster. She had a different voice, different pattern, a rawness. Gotcha? Do you think people who are pass outs of Hotel management course become good Hoteliers? Come on. They even do not become good hotel employees many a times. MBA pass outs, master of business administration, what they do? They just become employees of some under graduate business tycoon. I was just reading that Jack Ma, the richest man of China, the owner of Alibaba.com, a company which is bigger than the combination of eBay.com and Amazon.com, he was rejected from college both at home and abroad more than a dozen times before finally securing a spot at a local university in his hometown of Hangzhou, where he studied English. So what is the point of this whole writing? Am I against learning? Never. I understand, it is the learning which defines a human being, how can I be against learning? Never. I am against putting learning into some defined pattern. Even if someone learns through this kinda pattern, one becomes THE ONE, when learns outta that pattern. And what present education system does? It is preparing kids to become just employees. It is preparing kids to succeed as employees and fail as adventurers, as entrepreneurs. Fail as enthusiasts.Fail as freethinkers. It is preparing our kids to fail in LIFE. This education is for the benefit of everyone except the learner. Everyone. The schools, the politicians, the religions. All, except the kid. I have written above that the teacher should teach as the learner can understand, as the learner's capabilities may flourish.Education is for the learner, not for the teacher, not for the vested interests of anyone else. This word education comes from "educe", which means "to bring out". That means education is the process to bring out the inherent capabilities of a learner, to water the seed, to provide the appropriate land, to do everything to help the seed to be a grand tree, to flower, to flourish. And what our education does? It just go on outpouring its established garbage upon the learner and suffocate the slightest chance of flowering the natural capabilities. This system, this pattern tries every bit to circumscribe students' inherent capabilities. Actually it has nothing to do with anyone's individuality. "Everyone should understand Pythagoras theorem. Everyone should understand higher algebra. Everyone should understand when was Akbar born and when died, exact year. Hell!" "The kid wanna understand Zebra and teacher wanna teach algebra. The kid wanna understand emotion and the teacher waanna teach motion, Newtons's laws of motion. The kid wanna understand his life and the teacher wanna him understand Akbar's life. Hell !!" Is this education or some system to distort human intelligence? What I understand, this is a conspiracy of the politicians, the religious people (they too are politicians only with a different name tag) and the big capitalists. Why they don't wanna raise free thinking, free thinkers? Simple. A free thinker will never accept slavery of some fat ass just because his/her father left million or billion dollars in his/her name. A free thinker may challenge this whole system of inheritance. A free thinker may challenge this stupid system called democracy, which is just another name of imperialism. A free thinker is very dangerous. Every child is a free thinker. So systematic system, to destroy the natural intelligence of the kids. Education is thy name. This education system is an insult to the intelligence. This education is a conspiracy against the humanity. A crime against the humanity. Gotcha? Beware! Learn, but first learn to learn. CONFUSION

Confusion is a very high state of mind. Only intelligent people get confused. Have you seen a buffalo confused ever? More idiotic a being, more steadfast the one is. Clarity comes outta confusion. A wise one is clear over many things and confused over many more things.

नावेल-फिल्म-टी वी नाटक-----कुछ नोंक-झोंक

"संजीव सहगल चमत्कारों में आस्था रखने वाला व्यक्ति था जो समझता था कि खास आशीर्वाद प्राप्त, खास नगों वाली, ख़ास अंगूठियाँ, ख़ास दिनों में ख़ास ऊँगलियों में, खास तरीके से पहनने से उसकी तमाम दुश्वारियां दूर हो सकती थीं." कुछ नोट किया आपने इन शब्दों में. यह ख़ास तरीका है लेखक का लिखने का जो उन्हें आम से ख़ास बनाता है. सुरेन्द्र मोहन पाठक. उनके शब्द हैं ये. नावेल है 'नकाब'. "यारां नाल बहारां, मेले मित्तरां दे." फेमस शब्द हैं उनके पात्र रमाकांत के. और कितनी गहरी बात है यह. पढ़ा होगा आपने भी कहीं, "दिल खोल लेते यारों के साथ तो अब खुलवाना न पड़ता औज़ारों के साथ." यही फलसफा है जो रमाकांत के मुंह से पाठक साहेब सिखा रहे हैं. मैंने तो देखा है मेरे बहुत करीबी रिश्तेदार को. वो कभी हंसा नहीं अपने भाई-बहन-रिश्तेदार के साथ बैठ. पैसा बहुत जोड़ लिया उसने. लेकिन तकरीबन पैंतालिस की उम्र में ही उसके दिल की सर्जरी हो गई थी. खैर, खुश रहे, आबाद रहे. मुझे कभी भी पाठक साहेब के कथानक जमे नहीं, लेकिन उनका अंदाज़े-बयाँ, उनके पात्रों के मुंह से निकले dialogue. वाह! वाह!! उनके पात्रों की बात-चीत, नोंक-झोंक-छौंक, तर्क-वितर्क-कुतर्क. वल्लाह! (वैसे अल्लाह नामक कुछ है नहीं). बहुत कुछ सिखाता है यह सब पढ़ने वालों को. उनके नोवेलों में बहुत एपिसोड हैं, जो हमारी रोज़-मर्रा की जिंदगियों की सोच-समझ को बेहतर बनाने के कूवत रखते हैं. समाज की गहराइयों को सहज ही नाप डालते हैं पाठक साहेब के पात्र, संवाद, घटनाएं, उप-घटनाएं. कुल जमा मतलब यह कि पाठक साहेब जासूसी-थ्रिलर-मिस्ट्री लिखते हैं और उनका लेखन मुझे पसंद है, बहुत पसंद है लेकिन जासूसी-थ्रिलर-मिस्ट्री छोड़ के. वैसे मैं बहुत फिल्म भी इसलिए पसंद करता हूँ कि मुझे कोई करैक्टर पसंद आ गया या फिर वो फिल्म जिस परिवेश को दिखा रही है, वो परिवेश मुझे बहुत भा गया. मिसाल के लिए "किल-बिल" फिल्म. इस फिल्म में मुझे कुछ भी ख़ास नहीं लगा सिवा हेरोइन 'उमा थर्मन' की उपस्थति के. इसकी कहानी में कुछ भी खास नहीं. सीधी-सादी बदला लेने की कहानी है. हेरोइन के साथ बहुर बुरा किया जाता है, जिसका वो बदला लेती है. एक्शन है, तलवार-बाज़ी है, मार्शल आर्ट है, लेकिन सब सेकंड ग्रेड. बस उमा थर्मन का स्क्रीन पर होना ही जम गया मुझे. एक टेलीविज़न सीरीज थी. Fargo.वो कहानी जिस परिवेश में दिखाई गई, मुझे उस वजह से खूब जमी. सब तरफ बर्फ. बीच में कस्बा. थ्रिलर. लेकिन थ्रिलर से ज्यादा मुझे जहाँ घटनाएं घटित हो रही थीं, वो परिवेश, वो चौगिर्दा थ्रिलिंग लग रहा था. हर फ्रेम ऐसा कि लगे बस जैसे वहीं, उस कस्बे में पहुँच गए. मतलब कोई कहानी जंगल में घट रही है या पहाड़ पर या मेट्रो सिटी में या फैक्ट्री में, कहाँ? उसमें कोई पुरातन काल दिखाया जा रहा है या कोई भविष्य की परिकल्पना है, मतलब वो सेटिंग, जहाँ कहानी घटित हो रही है, वो "सेटिंग". वो भी पसंद-नापंसद की वजह है मेरे लिए. हमारे यहाँ की कुछ फिल्में कभी भी स्विट्ज़रलैंड पहुँच नाचने-गाने लगती हैं, यह उसी "सेटिंग" की बेतुकी समझ है. यह बकवास है. अनर्गल है. यह कहानी की ऐसे-तैसी फेरना है. मैं इसके तो सख्त खिलाफ हूँ. कहानी किसी भी नावेल, फिल्म या टेलीविज़न सीरीज़ की जान है. यह बात सही है. लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि बहुत और फैक्टर भी हैं, जो किसी भी कहानी को लोगों की पसंद या नापसंद बनाते हैं. ऐसा ज़रूरी नहीं जो फैक्टर मुझे जंचते हो, वो ही आपको भी जंचते हों, सभी को जंचते हों, लेकिन कुछ तो मुझ में और आप में सांझा हो सकता है. सो उन सांझे फैक्टर पर भी लेखक, फिल्मकार को ध्यान देना चाहिए. और यह ध्यान दिया भी जाता है, लेकिन शायद उतना नहीं जितना दिया जाना चाहिए. नमन.....तुषार कॉस्मिक
