Do you believe that Loving is a higher, upper stage of liking? First, we like someone, and then, if we go deeper, we may start loving someone. But it is not always like that. Sometimes it may be the opposite. For example, you may love one of your children but not like her. Your love for her is the love of a father. But her erratic behavior, her irresponsible conduct, her egoistic and insulting body language.......You might not like it, You might even hate it. So that is the difference.
