SALT---- Salt is something, you can never overeat. If it is too less, it will not leave its flavour and the food will remain tasteless, if it is too much will make the eatables bitter. I always doubted, how the medical world can say that salt should be reduced in particular medical conditions? Some things are already finely pre-defined. जैसे ही कोई व्यक्ति समाज में कुछ बेहतरी करने की कोशिश करेगा.....किसी सामजिक सरोकार से जुड़ेगा.......कब्र खोदने वाले उसके भूत काल में से उसकी कोई ऐसी चीज़ें निकल लायेंगे जो गलत हो न हों..लेकिन समाज को गलत दिखने वाली हों..... लानत! मैं घोषित करता हूँ कि मैं कोई दूध का धुला नहीं, मुझसे कितने ही ऐसे काम हुए होंगें जो शायद परफेक्ट नज़र न आयें... तो क्या इसका मतलब यह है कि मैं कभी समाज की बेहतरी के लिए कुछ सोच या कह या कर नहीं सकता फिर तो शायद कभी भी कोई कुछ अच्छा कर ही नहीं सकता और किसी फुल क्रीम दूध से धुले व्यक्ति की अपेक्षा करना ही अपने आप में बेवकूफी है चूँकि हमने समाज ऐसा बनाया ही कब कि व्यक्ति पाक साफ़ रह पाए.... सब नियम मान कर तो survive करना ही दूभर हो जाएगा इस समाज में कोई पाक साफ़ नहीं रह सकता aजभी तो सफ़ाई की ज़रुरत है और यह हम ही करेंगे, कोई आसमानी फ़रिश्ता नहीं, हम जो सब गुनाहों, कमियों, बुराइओं में लिप्त हैं इसलिए मुझे बड़ा अफ़सोस होता है जब कोई किसी अच्छा काम करने वाले के भूत काल की कब्र खोद कर समाज को ऐसे दिखाता है जैसे बहुत महान काम कर दिया हो खोद लो, मैं खुद कहता ...

Every passing moment creates history and if it is important to learn from history, does that mean every moment be recorded and studied?  I doubt. History repeats, true, so why go on studying repetitive history? I read somewhere that America could progress because she had no backlog of history, no old stories to bind th e feet of Americans, so they could fly, they could dare, they could invent. I was just watching history channel and was amazed to see they were just showing incidents some 10-20 years old. I just thought foolishly, is this history?
