Dale Carnegie was another shallow writer from the west. What he is teaching is just cunning-ness, shallow worldly tactics.
The most famous book by him, How to win friends and influence people, see the title, is friendship a battle to be won and are you to defeat your friends and are you to win your friends, the choice of words shows one's mentality.
All salesman kinda tricks.
Go on polishing, supporting other's ego, if the friends is going to commit suicide, do not criticize......
What is criticisms...criticism is creativity, it is not devastation........criticism means seeing what is wrong , what is right...........and expressing so.
Dale Carnegie is shallow, cheap, salesman...not a real friend, a real friend does not care much about winning friends, a real friend makes foes......Jesus, Socrates, Osho, Galileo, Joan of Arch and many others, these were real friends of humanity and what happened, were they here to win friends?
No, they just do not care, they express as they feel, understand and eventually succeed in making more foes than friends.....that is the way of real friends, not as this retard Dale Carnegie tells.
